The Manitoba Real Estate Association (MREA) is seeking a seasoned manager, for a one year term position, to join its team of dedicated and passionate professionals.
On behalf of over 2,200 REALTOR®-members, MREA works to build, empower and uphold a trusted and sustainable real estate profession in Manitoba through its education programs.
Reporting to the director of education, the ideal candidate for this mission-critical role will have a relevant post-secondary degree and bring at least three to five years of experience managing complex and multi-faceted projects, ideally in an educational environment focused on adult learners. The candidate will have a proven track record of delivering measurable results, working with a variety of stakeholders and managing both time and resources.
The manager of education is responsible for overseeing critical aspects of the MREA education department including: project management of course content development, faculty review and recruitment, internal committee and taskforce management, development and maintenance of MREA’s learning management system, creation of education reports and proposals, examination reviews, and implementation of new policies and procedures as required.
