Are you ready to take the next big step in your hospitality career? Four Seasons Hotel Toronto is currently looking for a talented and dynamic Residential Services Attendant who shares our passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything he/she does! The Residences Services Attendant may be stationed outside the entrance of the Residences to greet each guest by name upon arrival and departure to the residences. He/She also loads and unloads all packages from vehicles and assists residents and their guests with general inquiries about the hotel and the local area. The Residences Services Attendant transports packages, dry cleaning, groceries etc to the residences He/She may also be responsible for newspaper delivery as well as assisting the Residences Concierge when needed.

Job Requirements

We are looking for candidates who have excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and the ability to multi task are required. Excellent communication skills and command of the English language are essential. This position may require standing outside for the majority of the shift and requires the ability to lift at least 60lbs. The ideal candidate will also have a warm welcoming smile, a positive attitude and be knowledgeable about the local area. This position requires an applicant with a flexible schedule and the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays.

Additional Skills & Abilities preferred

1-2 years previous experience in a Guest Services role in a High End Residential operation
Exceptional communication skills and command of English language
Additional language a definite asset for career growth
Completion of Post Secondary Education in Hospitality or related field
