The job requires that the person is customer service centric, detail orientated and has strong analytical skills. This is a fantastic position for someone who is a recent university graduate with a master’s degree or someone with a bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of experience.
The successful applicant will provide customer service, communicate with clients, and lead and execute multiple projects with tight time frames. You’ll help identify new business opportunities among existing customers and successfully deliver our solutions according to customer needs and objectives. In this role, you will work with cross-functional internal teams to improve the entire customer experience. This position may require occasional travel within the United States and Canada, so a valid passport is required.
Candidates must have the following key competencies and qualifications:
Undergraduate degree (required);
Strong organizational, planning and project implementation skills. Must be detail-oriented;
Very strong people and communication skills;
Skilled in MS Office products; specifically, Outlook, Powerpoint, Word and Excel;
Passport and ability to travel to the United States is required;

SQM provides a competitive salary which is dependent upon qualifications and experience, comprehensive extended health and dental insurance, vacation starting at 3 weeks per year, and 3 paid sick days per year.
