We are growing and have an exciting opportunity available for an inside sales representative to develop business and meet sales quotas.
You will do this by:
- Researching and qualifying sales prospects
- Following up with previous enquirers for quotations
- Up-sell and cross sell different services
- Informing customers of our services
- Engage in cold calling/prospecting of potential customers and contact/follow up with current ones
- Manage creation and presentation of quotations for opportunities as they are identified
- Build and expand the company’s customer database
What you will require to do this:
- Inside sales/customer service experience with a freight forwarder and/or customs brokerage company
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Well-organized and self-motivated to achieve results
- Excellent telephone manners and self-motivated
- Results oriented
- A certain level of creativity is required in this position
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong listening and presentation skills
