Job Summary:

As a Technical Support Specialist, you’ll be answering customer calls relating to gasoline and electric pressure washers for our clients in North America. This person will be working closely with the other team members of the team to troubleshoot and quickly resolve technical issues, while making sure our clients are satisfied with the solutions we provided for them.


  • Answer our Customer Service Line
  • Maintenance our service manuals and parts list
  • Help customers with some basic level how-to questions on how to operate the machines.
  • Document all support related activities
  • Adhere to the support guidelines outlined in our warranty policies.
  • Keep our customers up-to-date on all open support issues.
  • Other related tasks


  • You have three to five (1-3) years of experience and technical knowledge of small engines and water pressure cleaning systems
  • You are perfectly bilingual (French & English)
  • You have a good knowledge of Windows, Excel and relational database systems
  • You have a accounting background (an asset)
