Acuren Group is currently recruiting a Receptionist/Admin Assistant to work in our Pacific region. This position will be based out of Richmond, BC. Reporting to the Finance Controller, the successful candidate will utilize their customer service and administrative expertise to perform all reception duties and provide administrative and word processing support.
Provide receptionist support including greeting visitors, managing incoming calls, processing mail and managing couriers, and acting as the point of contact for general questions/queries
Provide administrative support to a variety of managers and teams as required, in particular word processing technical documents
Secondary school diploma and a minimum of one (1) year of related administrative experience preferred
A post-secondary diploma in a related field is considered an asset
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office and office support systems is required
Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
