We are looking for an experienced Receptionist/Administrative Assistant who will be responsible for all duties related to reception as well as providing administrative support to the office services department.

Responsibilities include:
- Answering and directing incoming telephone calls
- Greet visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Process outgoing courier mail (FedEx, Arrowspeed, etc.)
- Back-up to the Office Services Associate
Qualifications:
- Completion of a college or equivalent post-secondary business degree
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative capacity
- Professional appearance and dynamic personality
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & virtual meeting platforms
- Highly motivated with superior interpersonal skills
- Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Proactive, enthusiastic self-starter
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Sound judgment, tact, discretion, diplomacy and professionalism
- Excellent multi-tasking skills
