As part of the Coordination Services Team, the IT/Project coordinator will work closely with Project Managers and IT Integrators to maintain our information technology systems, networks and organize all types of IT projects. You will carry out both technical and administrative tasks/services to ensure functionality and efficiency of our IT landscape and projects (i.e. infrastructure, system enhancements and deployments, telecom systems/networks, ad-hoc catalogue requests and champion process improvements). You will execute various coordinating tasks/services, like schedule and risk management, maintaining and validating project documentation, monitoring project and implementation plans, schedules, participating in stakeholder meetings and ensuring projects are delivered in a timely manner. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management and communication skills, be critical a thinker and problem-solver with great attention to detail.
Work collaboratively with the PM to develop the project plan, focusing on the activities and deliverables of the technical team by monitoring technical phases and planning activities of the project to ensure goals and objectives are met and delivered within the established time and budget guidelines
Assist PMs with project plan maintenance, risk and issue logs, budget/ongoing project forecast of financials and resources in relation to task status and completion estimates by collecting status updates and proactively providing status information
Collaborate with the project manager and functional manager on work/resource requirement estimation
Work collaboratively with the technical co-workers to review and validate the intended approach to the project tasks
Communicate and coordinate with practice staff, external IT resources, vendors and project sponsors
Work with team members to address and report project issues in a proactive manner
Coordinate ongoing project activities across technical teams - architects, technical analysts, developers, application administrators, and other technical team members
Ensure that work assignments are clearly communicated and a strong drive to bring clarity to the work at the detailed level across stakeholders
Keep project manager well informed of status of development effort and serve as a liaison between development staff and project manager and/or client across multiple projects.
Gather field information and assist in the preparation of project bill of materials
Ability to quickly organize and summarize data & information to drive decisions
Support project governance through Risk, Issue, and Change Management
Decommission and cancellation of existing services no longer needed
Delivery strategy the of products to our field locations
Review and ensure the following are completed within project timelines: test plans, test cases, working with end users and functional staff.
Coordinate integration testing, troubleshooting, user acceptance testing, and training.
Facilitate and assist PMs in the definition and declaration of project scope, milestones, tasks, deliverables and resource requirements
Facilitate alignment between IT and the business on Project Changes and Project Phase advancement
Coordinates the collection, formatting and organization of product image library and descriptions
Responsible for various administrative tasks using SAP, such as the creation and issue purchase orders, requisition administration, creation of Service Entry Sheets, management of Asset under construction and settlements of assets, journal entry, etc.
Manager specific resource assignment allocation support
Occasional business travel in accordance with CN policy for field coordination and site specific installs.
5+ years experience in a similar role with progressive exposure to increasingly more complex technology systems and project management involvement
Associate Degree, University degree preferred or Equivalent Experience

Experience in information systems architecture
Understanding of common information architecture frameworks and information models
Knowledge of technology architecture e.g., network, security, middleware, servers, storage, OS and DBs
Catalogue and Adhoc Requests
Knowledge of multiple, diverse technologies, configurations and environments
