Regional Manager Ontario
Flaman Fitness, one of Canada's largest specialty Fitness retailer, is looking for an Enthusiastic and driven individual to lead our hardworking team in Ontario as a Regional Manager. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who is customer focused and demonstrates exceptional communication and leadership skills. This position can be located at any of our current locations within Ontario.

Building and sustaining an effective team capable of achieving regions targets.
Ensure the execution of retail and commercial sales programs.
Regional Budget Management including sales, inventory, assets, labour, expenses and margin optimization.
Oversee store level recruitment, promotions, performance management for region.
Ensure the execution of store level marketing programs.
Monitor accounts receivables of stores within region.
Develop, maintain and share an intimate understanding of the competitive marketplace at regional, national and industry levels.
Minimum 3 years of experience in retail, managing multi store territory.
Strong customer focus with emphasis on building and sustaining relationships.
Proven track record for achieving targets and delivering on strategic and measured objectives.
Highly self-motivated with the ability to motivate others.
Excellent communication, time management, and organization skills.
Proficiency with internet, MS Office, Word, Power Point, Excel and Windows-based software.
Ability to work independently.
Ability to travel extensively within their region and, when required, outside their region.
