Our team of 550 staff see clients physically and virtually from our downtown Toronto location.

The Role:
The Nourish brand at Medcan is quickly growing and aiming to be the go-to breakfast, lunch, and special event catering service in Toronto. With the backing of the Medcan brand, these nutrition-focused catering options are forecasted to see a great influx of sales. This role will have the opportunity to be a part of a dynamic and driven business development team focused on generating new business through cold calling, referrals, and networking. The role allows great flexibility where you will set your own hours and work remotely. Our Nourish team will be developing and supporting this role to help you see success and help build strategies. The Accountabilities:
Introduce and represent the Nourish and Medcan brand
Generate catering revenue by calling prospective clients and providing exceptional client management
Build relationships with decision makers in existing accounts to generate new business opportunities
Execute on the business plan to grow catering sales
Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual catering sales targets

The Requirements:
A passion for business development and a drive for success
Strong communication in order to present the Nourish brand and catering offerings to new and existing clients
Self-starter with the ability to work independently to deliver results

You will have the freedom to set your own hours and be responsible for your own success.
