BRANCH MANAGER – ST AUGUSTIN DE DESMAURES
Reporting to the Senior Vice President, the Branch Manager oversees and is accountable for the sales, production and operations of the manufacturing facility. He/she is responsible for hiring staff, creating and implementing strategies to improve productivity and sales performance in efforts to achieve the financial targets of the branch.
This role requires:
Bachelor’s degree or College diploma in business or a related discipline is preferred
3-5 years managerial experience in Production, Operations, Engineering, Management or related field, preferably in a product manufacturing setting
Demonstrated success of the consultative selling process
Knowledge of Company products and product lines (will train)
Proficiency with MS Office
Willingness and ability to travel
Advanced communication and listening skills, both oral and written
Sales, marketing and customer service skills to promote products, close sales and maintain customer relations
Excellent interpersonal skills, to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels and for team building purposes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to write reports, create presentations and writing various correspondence
Sound judgement and decision-making skills for team and production, with limited direction
Solid organizational and time management skills to meet targets on a daily, weekly, monthly and yearly basis
Working under pressure and to deadlines in a productive manner, within a fast-paced environment
