The Project Manager will report directly to the Sr. Program Manager of Customer and Consumer Excellence and is responsible for leading a cross-functional, global team through the successful completion of new projects. The Project Manager's role is the overall responsibility for the successful planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure of assigned projects.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead the design and development of processes and systems in support of front-end and backend systems. (ERP/CRM + Back Office)
Leading a cross-functional category team (Warehouse, Customer Service, Sales, Quality and Supply Chain, IT), taking ownership for the successful delivery of new projects from inception through delivery.
Building and maintaining detailed project schedules and driving the team on execution to plan
Develop process improvement strategies
Tracking and managing project costs to budget
Providing weekly project status reporting, highlighting milestones, variation to plan and potential risk
Leading weekly project team meetings

Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree
3+ years of experience in a related project management
Certification in Project Management from a recognized institution is a plus
Knowledge of Oracle ERP is a plus
Consumer goods industry experience
Retail Distribution and Manufacturing experience
Experience in customer service preferred
Ability to effectively manage 6-10 concurrent projects under accelerated schedules
Excellent peer collaboration and team building skills
Strong business acumen and ability to command the respect of response of a peer and senior leadership group
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Must be able to work in a fast paced, deadline oriented environment
Knowledge of call Routing, Telephony Network and IVR is a huge asset
Ability to adapt to changing priorities
Global expansion experience is an asset
