Are you innovative? Consider analyzing data a strength? Have a passion for skin care?! Deciem is currently looking for an experienced Email Manager to manage our email programs. This person will be instrumental in improving the retention of our amazing customers throughout DTC channels.

What would you be doing?
Responsible for end to end email campaign execution to support DECIEM’s direct to consumer channels including: strategy, planning, forecasting, building, deployment and reporting
Develop hyper personalized CRM strategies to drive customer engagement and retention through customer lifecycle journeys, newsletters and automated triggers
Lead development of DECIEM’s global email templates to serve relevant language and currencies regionally
Analyze email performance data and collaborate with customer insights team to identify opportunities for testing
Continuously A/B test audience segments, creative, messaging, timing, etc. to optimize campaign performance
Maintain daily, weekly, monthly reports that track email KPIs including open rates, click rates, conversion rates, unsubscription rates, eCommcerce sales, etc.
Work with design and branding to plan and develop email content that closely aligns with DECIEM’s values and is optimized for digital channels
Manage the email deployment process including testing, quality assurance and stakeholder approvalsCollaborate with paid media, social and tech teams to build seamless multi-channel flows
Maintain working knowledge of industry best practices and changes in platforms, and identify how they impact existing programs
What skills and qualifications do you need?
Minimum of 5+ years experience and working knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Email Studio), web analytics (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and HTML
Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw conclusions and make recommendations based on data
SQL skills are an asset
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks at once
Experience working in eCommerce, beauty industry and/or with loyalty programs is an asset
Understanding of international data laws (CASL, GDPR, etc.)
Passion for continual personal growth and learning
Demonstrated self starter with the ability to thrive in an unstructured environment working with some really crazy but fun people!
