The Business Intelligence Analyst is a full-time role within our Project Management Office team. The successful candidate’s primary responsibilities will be to design, produce and distribute a variety of reports, dashboards and performance indicators that will contribute to strategic decision-making.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Gathering and compiling business needs;
Defining the organization’s performance indicators;
Examining and analyzing data;
Designing and updating performance tracking dashboards and reports;
Issuing recommendations to support executives in their decision-making;
Enhancing and refining reports and dashboards on an ongoing basis.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Undergraduate degree in organizational information systems, business intelligence, statistics, computer science or equivalent;
Three to five years’ experience in a data analyst or similar role;
Demonstrated leadership and communication skills;
Ability to influence management teams;
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset;
Solid teamwork skills coupled with the ability to work independently;
Good understanding of the information technology environment;
Knowledge of ServiceNow an asset.
