We are looking for a Technician Dispatch Operator/ Warranty Administrator to join our Service Department.
Responsibilities include:
- Processing and submitting of all warranty claims to the manufacturer
- Work along side accounting to obtain payments for warranty work
- Maintain records as required by the manufacturer
- Assist in maintaining the technician dispatch system and job scheduling
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills
- Preference will be given to those with previous Chrysler experience.
- Highly detail oriented
- Knowledge of the automotive industry
- Solid computer skills
- Strong work ethic, and ambition to work hard and succeed
- Be organized and prioritize deadlines
