The intern for the Business Engagement Merchandising team will report directly to the Director, Business Engagement enterprise merchandising. The Business Engagement Team at Loblaw is the bridge between the business and IT. Our role is to ensure that we assist in offering valuable IT solutions to our business partners that enhances and improves their business. The role will be based out of our corporate head office in Brampton, Ontario at 1 President’s Choice Circle, with exposure to other office locations, such as Shoppers Drug Mart office in North York, Digital, PC Financial, and Joe Fresh in downtown Toronto.

What You’ll Do:
Participate in business planning discussions for multi-year business road-maps
Help elicit requirements regarding new business enhancement and project requests
Coordinate across multiple Loblaw Technology teams and Business stakeholders to deliver on expected business outcomes
Understanding business stakeholder problems to provide support to resolve urgent or ongoing incidents
Weekly status reporting of Business engagement KPI's and Milestones
