A sales manager will be responsible for coaching salespeople on best practices for closing more vehicle deals and provide advice and guidance to improve sales performance, improving Gross Profit and managing inventory. They will appraise vehicles, desk deals and buy in inventory from many different sources. Sales Managers are to positively affect deal flow throughout the dealership through personal follow up, deal closing, etc. while oversee all activities occurring in the vehicle showroom.
You will set sales goals, track progress, and lead team to achieve and exceed those quotas while coordinating and leading all regular sales meetings with the sales staff. You will be working a flexible retail schedule in order to cater to our customers and meet desired sales goals.

Your compensation will primarily include performance-based pay via commissions and bonuses based on sales targets. Our sales managers with experience easily enjoy 6 figure salaries
