iOFFICE is a fast-growing SaaS (Software as a Service) company specializing in the development of innovative IWMS (Integrated Workplace Management Systems). We provide facility maintenance management solutions for organizations in healthcare, hospitality, retail, education, government, manufacturing, property management and more, throughout North America and on a global scale. We are looking for ambitious, high performing a Business Development Representative (BDR) wanting propel their careers in the technology field.

General Summary:

As a Business Development Rep (BDR), you will be responsible for responding to a high volume of inbound leads, qualifying leads, with the objective of scheduling software demos with our Account Managers. All leads are inbound, which means they have come to our website and provided us their contact information from requesting content, a demo, trial, pricing info or other. There is no cold calling; all leads have shown interest in our products and services. Keys to success are fast lead response time, persistence and deep knowledge of our industry, benefits of our products and services and customer needs.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Learn product and services thoroughly
  • Manage up to 200 inbound leads monthly
  • Make up to 100 calls daily
  • Qualify leads and schedule live software demos.
  • Ensure leads attend demos and reschedule ones that don’t
  • Contacting leads by phone, e-mail and regular follow-up.
  • Update Salesforce CRM database
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments


  • Bachelor’s degree, college diploma, or equivalent
  • Prefer 1-2 years inside sales experience;
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; fluent in English
  • Works well under pressure, exceptional multitasking, interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Experience with Salesforce and GotoMeeting / Zoom or other web conference tools are pluses
  • Team player – ability to work and collaborate well with other departments and stakeholders
  • Tech savvy; Must embrace software solutions and pick up new tools quickly
  • Must live in Winnipeg and be available 8:30 am – 5:00 pm M - F.


$30-$35K / year base plus commission.

Salary: $30,000.00 to $35,000.00 /year
