We are currently looking for an Outside Sales Representative. This is a base salary position with additional uncapped commission bonus structure. The position would involve managing an existing territory with a well-established client/dealer base. This position would also require someone that is able to focus on finding and cultivating B2B New Business Development. The successful applicant must have at least (5) years of successful B2B sales experience and meeting sales quota and finding new business within a dealer network structure.

We are a Distributor for a major Snow & Ice and Heavy Truck Equipment manufacturer. The ideal candidate will have an existing knowledge of the Snow Plow and Heavy Truck Equipment service industry. We distribute via a Dealer Network structure, experience working within such a structure would be a huge asset. The ideal candidate would also have experience working with Municipalities and preparing Bids and Tenders. The ideal candidate will also be bilingual in English and French. A company provided vehicle would be provided to the right candidate.


  • Manage and grow current dealer accounts in territory
  • Build the dealer network by setting up new Dealers
  • Identify geographical weaknesses in assigned territory and find solutions
  • Identify and acquire new business via cold calling, prospecting and developing new business
  • Be viewed by the Dealer as an industry expert on products and solution offerings
  • Build dealer loyalty through continuous innovation, becoming a trusted advisor
  • Advance opportunities with effective consultative techniques
  • Meet and Exceed Monthly, Quarterly and Annual sales Quotas including Account Targets
  • Ensure accurate daily reporting of all key activities and update information via online Territory Management Software
  • Create and present proposals and provide product training as required
  • Attend all Trade Shows, Conventions, Conferences and Dealer hosted events deemed required by the Division Manager
  • Expedite all orders by communicating with inside sales and customer service
  • 70% of total time will be spent in field, including onsite visits to Dealers


  • 5+ years of proven success in B2B Sales Environment
  • Strong knowledge of Snow Plows, Spreaders and Heavy Truck Equipment
  • Strong understanding of how the service industry operates
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas
  • Strong self-management skill. Ensure time is spent in a productive efficient manner
  • Proficient skills with Microsoft Office and Basic computer usage
  • Able to thrive in a fast pace environment
  • Experience and success with cold calling and developing new business
  • A positive attitude with a winning drive
  • Capable to understand, respect and follow all in place policies and procedures
  • Any Post Secondary education in Business Studies would be a major asset
  • Bilingual in English and French
  • Valid Driver License

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $50,000.00 to $60,000.00 /year
