We are a well established, well regarded, caring, passionate and progressive e-commerce company based in Canada and the USA, looking for an experienced Supply Chain & Inventory Manager to join our pack.

What you will do:
- Coordinate the purchasing and production of all raw and finished goods for the USA and CAD warehouses/markets.
- Monitor supply chain orders daily ensuring timelines as well as direct communication to warehouses, suppliers and shipping companies.
- Receive all new orders within the internal inventory management system, the warehouse system and the online store system.
- Introduce new partnerships where necessary for suppliers or manufacturing.
- Collaborate with marketing, customer care and design teams to optimize product information, availability, orders and timelines.
- Conduct quality control checks, coordinate third party testing and keep detailed logs for each new batch of products.
- Assist with accounting filing and reconciliation by ensuring accuracy of invoices and disputing any errors or overcharges.
- Bring new fresh ideas and creativity to problem solving.
Must haves:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
- Proven success managing inventory levels & manufacturing schedules
- Procurement experience including evaluating suppliers, services and negotiating contracts
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
- Capacity to prioritize numerous competing tasks
- Reliability, enthusiasm and willingness to collaborate with our team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

The offer:
This is a full time remote position. Working hours are flexible with some scheduled meetings between 8 am to 4 pm Pacific Home.
Compensation will be negotiated based on your skill, impact and experience.

Ideally, we are looking full time team member but will consider a part time candidate especially in the early stage of our collaboration and your transition as long as you are open to the prospect of increasing the number of hours.
