Finlandia is hiring a multi-talented team member at our retail location. Our store hosts a wide supplement selection, a pharmacy, a herbal dispensary, a beauty department, and an internet department. Come find out what it is like to work in the natural health industry!

Requirements:

  • Ability to multi-task & prioritize tasks
  • Receptionist/Entrance: Greetings, transferring or paging calls to our different departments, taking messages
  • Cashier: Computer skills- experience with computerized POS or other complex system & comfortable with Microsoft programs
  • Friendly & Outgoing personality
  • Fluent in English

Responsible for:

  • Excellent customer service skills: in person and over the phone
  • Mobile between Cash & Reception as needed
  • Ability to collect the information needed from customers in a positive way
  • Ready to learn about products & services offered
  • Keeping the reception area tidy
  • Supporting the stocking of products in your area
  • Assisting other teams/departments where needed

Salary: $15.00 to $18.00 /hour

Wed/Fri/Sat/Sun, 30hrs
