Job Summary

Infrastructure projects make up for an important part of CN’s IT agenda and strategy. They entail varying levels of complexity and a breadth of technologies. The IT Project Manager we are looking for is someone with extensive server/infrastructure and networking/telecom experience. Someone who communicates thoroughly, consistently, accurately and confidently. A successful candidate should also foster productive and collaborative professional relationships with ease, even despite a complex, geographically dispersed working environment. Strong leadership is essential, as are good political and negotiating skills.

Main Responsibilities
Ensure all project management best practices are applied, following client methodology (Assessment & Planning, Execution & Control, Closing & Transfer to Core)
Identify project milestones, critical success factors, risks and resource requirements
Collaborate efficiently with partners, clients and vendors to deliver projects according to plan
Ensure project transparency with timely and clear progress updates to CIO and senior management
Escalate issues and risks in a timely and efficient manner
Manage projects using Microsoft Project and Enterprise Project Management Server
Produce various project status reports per client methodology
10+ years of IT project management experience
Demonstrated efficiency in managing and delivering against complex priorities
Ability in delivering projects on-time and on-budget, that meet business objectives
Able to adapt communications / nature of information to the right audience, from core team to executive level
Solid knowledge and experience of IT, Infrastructure, PC and Security projects:
PC deployment, windows 10/Office upgrade, server improvement, Storage improvement, security improvement (password reinforcement, web filtering…), monitoring tool upgrade, Application programmable Interface(API) deployment, SaaS and IaaS deployment.
Previous security experience in the context of both Operational Technology and Information Technology
Strong experience with MS-Project (PPM and PWA)
Bachelor in Computer science, Information Systems, or equivalent degree or work experience.
General Skills and Competencies
PMP Certification
Strong experience with MS-Project.
Technical Skills/Knowledge
Demonstrated ability to successfully plan and manage projects throughout the lifecycle of a project.
Action-oriented for challenging concepts and new assignments
Proven ability to address problems associated with bottlenecks & constraints and prioritize items given conflicting requests and limited resources
Ability to problem solve and demonstrate influencing skills
Ability to organize and prioritize coordination of multiple assignments
