Operate the cash register and the different payment tools available to customers;
Count the cash and prepare deposits;
Write cash reports and statistical reports;
Inform the visitors about the services, products and activities at their services for the day;
Respond to customer requests
Ensure the cleanliness of the premises;
Perform any other related duties requested by his immediate supervisor.
Bilingualism (French and English);
Knowledge of other languages is an asset;
Relevant experience in customer service;
Good interpersonal and communication skills;
Minimal knowledge of basic softwares and the ability to learn new operation software;
Diploma in tourism, administration or any other field relevant to the position is an asset;
Knowledge of the Outaouais region and the National Capital region is an asset.
