As a Strategic Account Manager, your focus will be supporting and optimizing our partners’ use of the Google Ad Manager platform to drive advertising growth to their business. You will leverage your platform and product knowledge, analytical skills, and understanding of the digital and programmatic advertising landscape to engage, educate, and persuade customers to embrace Google’s latest advertising products and technologies. You will build trusted relationships with our partners and work with multiple cross-functional Google teams to efficiently address client issues.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Responsibilities
Provide platform support to our partners across verticals and drive growth. Drive partner growth by identifying new inventory, optimizations, and monetization products.
Deliver product execution from initial pitch to tactical functions of implementation, monitoring, optimizing, and troubleshooting. Understand the full scope of a publisher partner business including inventory trends, channel priorities, competitors used, and how growth fits into larger business strategy.
Analyze platform performance and present findings to clients, highlight key opportunities to increase product usage. Bring data-driven insights to support recommendations and ensure internal tracking pipelines are current.
Drive Quarterly Business Reviews with executives. Develop and manage relationships with client teams by becoming a growth advisor.
Work closely with internal cross-functional teams to provide clients with excellent customer servicing. Collaborate with Product Specialists and Technical teams to test and implement relevant products/features.
