We are looking for people who know how to use A Wok and have experience to cook THAI FOOD, CHINESE FOOD AND KOREAN FOOD.
Responsibility include :
- Prepares and cook all Menu (for example: Thai food > Pad Thai, Cashew chicken Stir fried,Tom Yum. Chinese food > Beef Broccoli, Mix Vegetable Stir Fired, Egg Foo young, All kind of Noodle. Korean food > Bulgogi , Hot& spicy BBQ Pork/Chicken)
- Operate the wok and cook every dish perfectly.
- Monitors the cleaning and disinfection of work areas.
- Clean dishes and utensils
- Complete prep work, including cutting vegetables and meats.
- Maintains the proper functioning of the Woks, Stove, Sauce warmer, chillers and freezers and makes sure closed control and follow up on all machineries.
- Detects and ensures disposition of spoiled or unattractive food, defective supplies/equipment, and/or other unusual conditions.
- Check inventory.
- Previous experience with preparation of Thai food/Chinese Food or Korean food
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work daytime, evenings, and weekends as required
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times

Salary: $12.00 to $15.00 /hour
