Enterprise Sales Executive - New Business

Full time position – Fredericton, NB

Atlantic Growth Solutions is recognized as a results-driven sales process expert in North America and the partner of choice for companies in growth mode. We are excited to partner with an IT Consulting and Software Services company with clients in 25 countries, including Fortune 100 companies.

We are seeking an Enterprise Sales Executive to generate and qualify incremental revenue opportunities for our client looking to expand their presence in North America. As an Enterprise Sales Executive, you will have the opportunity to make a daily impact on our client's growing business.

Job Duties / Responsibilities:

Immediate responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for generating new B2B relationships selling our client's IT consulting and software solutions for the IT Professional industry.
  • The Representative's primary responsibility is developing a new business pipeline and and assist the Leadership Team closing sales.
  • Ability to effectively learn and identify opportunities within our client's offerings and be able to engage with their target prospects.
  • Accountable to manage the progression of opportunities through the sales cycle ultimately culminating in new contracts for our client.

Experience / Skills:

  • 3+ years' sales experience selling B2B
  • Experience with IT consulting and software based solutions
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and connect well with people
  • Excellent organizational, prioritizing and time management skills
  • Strong sales aptitude & closing techniques coupled with an outgoing and positive attitude
  • Driven to succeed and achieve targets
  • Is self-motivated, driven and has a "go getter" attitude
  • Professional and articulate communication skills with ability to manage the correspondence between potential customers and our client
  • Ability to be successful in a fast-paced, quota driven environment
  • Keen interest in IT, technology, and professional development
  • Previous experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
  • Proficient in office tools such as Office and Google


  • $40,000 Base salary plus bonus/commission structure based on performance
