Family owned and operated through four generations, Copp’s Buildall has played a prominent role in the city of London’s building industry for over 140 years. We have four locations within London and supply to both contractor and retail customers.
We are currently looking for full time sales people to join our team at our London East Location Ideal candidate would be comfortable in a retail environment, and be familiar in the construction industry.
The sales team is responsible for providing customer service for all our contractors, builders, and residential customers. They must have the ability to effectively communicate to customers and coworkers, gaining an understanding of customer needs, as they pertain to the construction industry.
YOUR NEW ROLE:

Assist both retail and contractor customers with their building projects

Provide material quotations
-
Assist with merchandising and refilling stock to the shelves

Handling telephone inquiries
-
Advises customers by providing proficient knowledge of products and services; using resources where required.

Assists customers in making the best selections for their specified project.

Follows proper procedures for all orders through the POS system
