Paramount Services is a rapidly growing complete Commercial Facility Management company looking to add an Assistant Service Coordinator.
Goals and Outcomes:
Support the Service Manager by managing and monitoring schedules and dispatching service technicians to appropriate locations for normal installation, service, or emergency repairs.
Perform administrative and office support activities for the Service Manager.
Schedule or dispatch service technicians to appropriate locations, according to customer requests, specifications, or needs.
Manage and direct service technicians through the use of phone and GPS.
Monitor work orders for proper documentation.
Confer with customers or supervising personnel to address questions, problems, or requests for service or equipment.
Record and maintain files or records of customer requests, work or services performed, charges, expenses, inventory, or other dispatch information
Validate timesheets against time recorded. Ensure accuracy and compliance, and resolve anomalies.
At a minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
2-3 years of experience in a dynamic work environment.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
Must type accurately at a net speed of 50 words per minute.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
The successful candidate must also be able to set priorities and handle multiple situations and projects simultaneously, as well as effectively interact with both external and internal clients. This includes handling incoming phone calls and visitors to the office in a professional and friendly manner.
