What will your typical day look like?
As a Training Solutions Manager in the Human Capital Organization Transformation practice with the CDC, you will lead multiple projects supporting large technology implementations, lead diverse teams and drive the Deloitte human capital culture. You will act as an advisor to assist clients in addressing their most complex business challenges, from developing end-to-end training strategies, client training assessments, content development and delivery. You will also play a key role in developing change management, communications and innovative solutions to enhance the overall end-user experience. You will assist in standing up and managing this growing team in the CDC, build awareness throughout Deloitte’s Human Capital Practice about services offered, and report on this team’s service levels within the CDC.
Your team of Training Solution Developers will partner with on-site Deloitte delivery teams to offer the following services to clients:
Plan and manage complex projects and ensure timely work delivery
Lead and manage one or more teams responsible for developing and deploying user adoption programs for technical implementations, digitization and emerging technology initiatives
Liaise with leads from other workstreams and subject matter experts
Lead the design of Organizational Change Management (OCM) deliverables for large-scale transformation projects including, but not limited to, training strategy, stakeholder engagement, change management initiatives, training development and deployment, communications
Manage resource allocation on project activities and their utilization during the project lifecycle
Structure, review, and validate deliverables, analysis, and recommendations
Manage timelines and completion milestones of deliverables for your team
Ensure deliverables meet Deloitte and client quality standards
Anticipate project risks/issues and discuss mitigation strategies with senior client/project leadership; remove roadblocks for the development team
Plan and develop key project communications and regular project status tracking
Lead and manage business development efforts, including Statements of Work (SOW), proposal development, client presentations, etc.
Lead and contribute to practice development initiatives including culture building, internal community involvement, eminence, recruiting, whitepapers, etc.
Work with Deloitte teams to price deliverable development costs

Enough about us, let’s talk about you
Minimum 6+ years of professional experience in a training environment, including Adult Learning Principles, ADDIE modeling, System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Authoring Tools (Captivate, Articulate, Camtasia, etc.)
Proven success leading large teams in a consulting and/or corporate role focused on training, communications and/or organizational change management
Previous experience with a systems/technology implementation, focusing on systems training, technology adoption and change management techniques
Experience in both staff and operations management
Completed Bachelor’s degree in related field of study (business, management, human resources, instructional design, education, organizational behavior or psychology)
Ability to travel up to 20%
Bilingual in English and French is an asset
