Reporting to the Trade Spend Lead, the Trade Spending Coordinator will play a key role in providing accurate data entry, detailed reporting and will possess both strong analytical and communication skills. The successful candidate will provide a high degree of customer service and support to the Trade Spending team and Sales force.

Qualifications:
Education Required: Associate's Degree in Accounting/Business
Years of Experience Required: 2-5 years
Strong analytical and communication skills
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organization skills
Working knowledge of JD Edwards is considered an asset
Strong knowledge of MS Excel
Ability to work in fast paced environment and to multitask with a "Can Do" attitude
Demonstrated systems aptitude
Bilingualism would be considered an asset

Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for gathering deduction back up information and processing all deductions
Validating outstanding accounts receivable deductions to customer contracts
Creating customer credits and.or issuing customer payments
Completing other tasks and assignments as required
