As an Inside Sales Representative, Small Business Services, you'll be the one to introduce prospective clients to ADP's leading solutions and expert guidance. Over the phone, you'll build relationships and win new business, cross-sell solutions to existing clients, and effectively close sales from companies ranging from 1 - 49 employees.

Drive Our Business Forward

Work within a protected territory to close sales, win business, and reach sales goals. It's that simple.
Turn Prospects into Loyal Clients and Raving Fans

Using a cold calling strategy, build relationships with potential clients, uncover the true needs of their business, and recommend the right ADP products and services. Now that's what we call networking.
Deepen Relationships across the ADP Family

Deepen relationships across the ADP family by strategically cross-selling into existing accounts by putting the spotlight on ADP's other shiny, new products and solutions. Wait... there's more!
Collaborate Daily

Serve as a trusted advisor to your clients.
Work daily with both internal and external customers, establishing and maintaining good customer relations.
EXPERIENCE YOU'LL NEED: Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree
0 - 5 years successful sales experience
A goal-oriented drive and proven ability to reach and exceed monthly/yearly quotas
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and customer relations skills

Cold calling sales ability, with assertive, positive and persistent style
