We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and organized Fleet Support Representative / Warehouse Associate with a passion for customer service to join our team at The Brick's delivery department!
Provide courteous, prompt and professional service to drivers and customers over the phone
Resolve customer and driver concerns and respond to their inquiries
Process routine clerical transactions in-between phone calls
Required to lift up to 50lbs
Assist managing building inventory
Loading and unloading of product out of trailers
The use of RF Scanners and computer programs to perform daily tasks
Proficient computer and keyboarding skills (MS Office, email, etc.)
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; Bilingual language skills (English & French) are an asset
Strong multitasking with an emphasis on attention to detail
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, team oriented environment
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is an asset
Previous experience with RF Scanners and inventory control is an asset
