As a member of RBC’s Centre of Excellence for Organizational Effectiveness (OE), you will work as part of a fast-paced and high-performing team to enhance performance and outcomes across business units, platforms and the Enterprise overall.
What will you do?
You will lead high priority Enterprise initiatives related to Organization Design and Change Management, providing advisory, delivery and enablement services, such as:
Working directly with the business and partnering functions on strategic programs transformational initiatives
Building relationships with key stakeholders to generate engagement, influence and alignment
Delivering detailed analysis and assessments
Guiding strategic and tactical planning
Facilitating and designing solutions
Developing recommendations, reports and executive presentations
Supporting implementation for signature initiatives
Contributing to the continuous development and evolution of OE practices and capabilities
Helping to evolve / expand our OE methodologies, frameworks and tools
Providing thought leadership, coaching and advisory support
Developing / delivering learning activities
What do you need to succeed?
Minimum of 8 years’ experience in a consultative role in Industry or Consulting environment
University degree or related business management experience.
Proven track record of demonstrated achievement, expertise and client-focused delivery.
Ability to navigate, adapt and lead others through ambiguity, complexity and continuous change.
Structured approach to problem solving and analytical abilities
Highly resourceful with the ability to optimize effort, resources and outcomes to deliver high impact results.
Excel at building strong relationships, influence stakeholders and work in a matrixed environment.
Strong facilitation, communication, presentation, and storytelling skills (oral and written) with the ability to express ideas clearly and concisely to senior audiences.
Nice to Have:
MBA or post graduate degree in related fields
Robotics Process Automation
Organizational Design, Change Management or Transformation experience in an Agile Environment
HR Transformation experience
