Reporting directly to the Senior Manager – Retail Loss Prevention, the Project Manager will be responsible for managing key loss prevention projects that are essential in supporting the Retail Loss Prevention vision. The role will allow the incumbent to be proactively involved in all aspects of the Retail Loss Prevention program. It is a phenomenal opportunity to be part of an ever-changing environment. The role will provide the opportunity to be managing both large and small projects with speed and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement new processes to forecast and track project benefits
Lead initiatives from ideation through to development and post launch support as the overall project manager to ensure flawless execution
Provide quantitative and qualitative analysis on benefits and impacts being delivered at the project-level and their relevance to the big picture.
Understand, communicate and document all critical project information including but not limited to project planning, feasibility analysis, business case, business requirements, and executive and partner stakeholder presentations.
Maintain dashboards on a periodic and progressive basis all through the programs/projects.
Develop working relationships with primes from across the organization and various internal and external business stakeholders to capture and represent the team’s needs through all aspects of the projects.
Manage project timelines to ensure all projects are tracking to plan and all milestones are successfully delivered.
Demonstrate flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and managing multiple work streams at the same time.

Experience/Core Competencies:
Strong analytical skills.
Experience in reporting.
Ability to manage stakeholders.
Comfortable communicating at all different levels, from cross-functional to executive.
Proven leadership capability, strong planning, prioritizing & organization
Passion for uncovering business needs, identifying opportunities, and aligning efforts to ensure timely implementation.
Experience in creating strategic presentations to executives and senior management to provide program updates.
Ability to understand complex dynamics of working with multiple stakeholders with divergent interests.
Intermediate/Advanced skills in Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Tableau, Projects)

Preferred Experience and Education:
Relevant Degree or Diploma, Project Management Certificate
Minimum 3 – 5 years experience in Project Management with Acceptable combination of experience & education
Past experience in Retail Loss Prevention / Corporate Security
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to deliver effective presentations and communications through all levels of the organization, strong grasp of English, French is a benefit.
Solid understanding of program execution methodologies
Team player with a strong focus on interpersonal and leadership abilities
Ability to analyze results, identify issues, and develop recommendations/processes
Meticulous attention to details
Ability to handle multiple projects, concurrent projects and shifting priorities
Comfortable working at different levels of the organization
Self Starter with high degree of initiative and energy level
