The Role

We are recruiting for a Product Manager, reporting to the Director of Product & Design.

Come join a fun close-knit team dedicated to designing and delivering innovative products that are shaping the future of health and wellness. The Product team at Medcan is accountable for driving double digit growth for a large portfolio of strategic, client-centric offerings. In this full-time role, you will manage the P&Ls of a select core of Medcan businesses, including owning all aspects of the product lifecycle to ensure revenue growth, profitability, and superior client satisfaction goals are met. You will work closely with teams across the organization, including Digital, Marketing, Finance, Clinic, Physician and IT.

The Accountabilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of existing products, including
  • Defining product roadmap, including setting and managing the annual budget
  • Managing on-going positioning of the product/service offering, including pricing and product enhancements
  • Developing, executing and growing a portfolio of businesses through communications and client acquisition strategies
  • Tracking business performance over the life span of each product line
  • Develop and launch new products, including
  • Designing new service offerings based on a deep understanding of the market and client needs, including operations, technology, marketing and go-to-market strategy
  • Developing robust financial models to assess the viability of products and services
  • Managing the product and tracking KPIs post-launch to monitor success
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on our service offerings, core competencies and competitive landscape
  • Support strategic initiatives as needed, such as business cases and analysis and executive-level presentations

The Requirements:

  • Undergraduate and/or Master’s degree in Business or other relevant field
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in either Product Management, Healthcare, Management Consulting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills and experience developing business cases to support decision making
  • Strong interpersonal skills and are capable of building relationships to drive success

This is a full-time role that is scheduled primarily during business hours Monday through Friday.
