We hire great people for outstanding jobs. We are looking for a full-time Office Coordinator to provide support within our Mental Health and Substance Use Services located in Burnaby, B.C.

Position Highlights

Bring your resourcefulness and effective problem solving skills to this role, you will provide reporting directly to the Manager of Clinical Services.

Your specific job duties will include:
Supervises designated staff by performing duties such as assigning work, determining work priorities and allocating work accordingly.
Ability to perform a wide range of administrative support functions; coordinates workflow, reports on expenditures, provides input into the development and evaluation of programs.
Ability to develop and implement policies and procedures.
Perform data entry functions which include developing and preparing medical/legal and other reports/charts/presentations.
Assists in the recruitment and selection of adminstrative staff.
Prepares purchase orders and/or requisitions for office supplies and equipment.
Ability to conduct payroll functions.

You will take a thorough, hands-on approach to deliver high quality and precise work. A focused approach is needed to complete routine day to day tasks and handle changing calendars, priorities, and timelines. You will carry a high level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality.

Are you motivated to join our team? We will be looking for you to have the following:

Completion of Grade 12.
Completion of Office Administration Certificate.
Three (3) years of recent, related experience.
Class V B.C. driver’s license and access to a motor vehicle.
Ability to type 50 WPM.

An equivalent combination of education, training and experience is acceptable.
