Sushi requires patience, knife skills and great dexterity to manipulate the delicate ingredients into these world famous formations, As a Sushi Chef, you will be the seafood expert in our kitchen. For this position, we look for and hire the most serious minded foodies and experienced sushi chefs. You will be responsible for executing world class sushi dishes, training and coaching the kitchen team on the essence of sushi techniques, as well as overseeing the set up and cleanliness of the station.
