Echosec is on the lookout for an outgoing and organized People And Community Manager.

What is Echosec?

Our product is a web-based data discovery platform that helps organizations find online data for threat intelligence. Aggregating and mapping content from hundreds of sources including, public and legal social media, blogs, news, and the Dark Web (with our new product, Beacon). Yes, it's cool. Yes, it helps people. Yes, you should see it.

Echosec People And Community Manager
Determine strategies in support of hiring goals; develop and execute on an ongoing basis
Management, administration and continual improvement of employee resources
Work closely with the marketing team on building campaigns to drive team engagement and entice new talent
Work closely with the heads of departments to carry out recruiting and hiring strategy
Attend local and international recruiting events and conferences
Manage job postings on the website and external sites
Maintain external review sites such as Glassdoor, Indeed
Plan team-building events and parties
Work closely with our Education team to provide a seamless learning experience through our community resources
Engage with our customers and evangelists and collect feedback
Respond to community member inquiries and issues
Manage our company's Instagram account - HR focused
Engage with and scout out possible future hires on Linkedin, Instagram, Facebook
Monitor community generated content for threats, spam, inappropriate content and manage these according to community policies
Listen to the community needs, bringing forward suggestions and plans for improvements and new functions
Work with team managers to develop analytics and KPIs to determine health of the community, education programs, and customer/partner success initiatives

Experience:
Experience and understanding of people operations and strategy planning
Solid understanding of social media
Experience in a SaaS company with a high rate of growth
Always challenging what is "good enough" and focused on continual service improvement
Strong project management skills
Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
