What is expected from a Loyalty Representative:
Provide direct customer support related to Mobility products and services;
Enhance trust and loyalty by resolving customer issues through resolution flow;
Ensure that customer needs and expectations are fully satisfied;
Increase customer satisfaction by positioning value added products and services based on customer’s needs.
What’s required to join the team:
English or Bilingual (English & French) is required;
Work in a competitive environment and strive to exceed sales targets(previous experience in a sales environment – an asset);
Ability to multi-task (think, talk and type) and learn in a fast paced environment;
A proficiency with problem solving and decision making;
Able to demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills;
Demonstrate an interpersonal style that secures and expands the ongoing business relationship with the client;
Available and flexible to work afternoons, evenings and weekends
High school diploma or equivalent (completed)
