We are a small, downtown office preparing income tax returns for new and returning clients. We’re seeking a new addition to our team to help welcome clients, collect key data, enter it in our system, and provide support for our team of income tax professionals.

We are looking for a receptionist/office clerk to work the evening shift Wed-Fri plus full days on Saturday.

You will welcome clients to the space, confirm their place in the schedule, and collect intake data. You will also perform other office tasks including preparing client packages for mailout, booking clients into preparers’ schedules, and providing clerical support as required.

We’re seeking a well-groomed person with a welcoming personality and the ability to handle ever-evolving priorities. Experience working directly with the public is a definite advantage. Experience with office software such as Word and Excel is recommended.
