The successful candidate will be the initial point of contact for inbound customer requests from across North America. In your role, you will engage and collaborate directly with the Order Management Team and the Sales Territory Managers. You will have ownership of our Customer Inquiry process from the first contact through to after delivery follow-up, ensuring consistent communication and customer expectations are met and exceeded on an ongoing basis.

This is a fast-paced and rewarding role with a direct correlation between your personal performance and overall company performance in achieving customer service excellence and sustainable financial results.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated history of exceptional Customer Service
  • Computer experience with Excel, Word, Outlook
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Desire to learn and continuously improve

Additional Preferential Attributes:

  • Building Materials industry experience
  • Experience in a Sales environment using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
  • Ability to travel to the US

Responsibilities:

  • The first point of contact for inbound sales phone calls
  • Provide customer service and manage customer action items as required
  • Keeping records of customer interactions or transactions in CRM
  • Respond to and follow-up with Web and phone inquiries
  • Provide in-house coverage & support for the Order Management team
  • Manage Brush-out and Sample requests in a timely manner
  • Communicate & build relationships with our dealer and distribution networks
  • Meet and exceed customer expectations by providing professional, high-quality responses to requests
  • Display a high level of commitment to exceptional customer service and long term relationship building
