Th e Four Seasons Resort and Residences Whistler is looking for a Rooms Division Assistant Manager who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do.
The Rooms Division Assistant Manager reports to the Front Desk Manager. We are looking for an energetic, hospitality professional with excellent interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, have a passion for service and people. Applicants will be a willing team player, comfortable with computer systems including MICROS, OpenTable, HOTSOS and Opera and is willing to accept assignments on as need basis, in order to promote team work. Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays. Candidate will also need to be willing to assist in departments such as Housekeeping, Guest Services and Concierge.

Desired Skills and Experience:
2 years’ experience in the same role, ideally in a luxury hotel environment.
Strong knowledge of Opera and Whistler a plus
Strong command of the English language
Requires attention to detail and problem solving skills, as well as a passion for customer service.
Successful candidates must possess the ability to work in Canada
