Job Summary:
Toyota Canada Inc. currently has an exciting opportunity for someone to support our Finance & Accounting department. This is a full-time opportunity and will report to the Manager Corporate Financial Reporting. The selected candidate will perform Accounts Receivables duties while adhering to company policies. Conduct reconciliation between Interfaces, and troubleshoot reconciling items and provide excellent customer service to Accounts Receivable-related customer queries.

What you’ll be doing:
Conduct accurate payments based on schedule, including cheque, EFT, wire, and GN
Contribute to the timely and accurate reporting of financial results
Communication with internal and external customers
To ensure SOX compliance
Prepare slip for bank deposit
Prepare payment proposal on weekly basis
Input RLP invoices to global netting system
Follow up with BU/RLP on disputed invoices
Reconcile Global Netting reports
Clear GN payment in SAP
Process employee parts purchase payment
Reconcile Zone accounts by following up with proper individual and rectify any issues
Process employee parts return and reconcile AR subledger
Reconcile all AR Interfaces in SAP and inquire on any discrepancies
Work with IS to troubleshoot and resolve the discrepancies
Prepare monthly sales analysis to identify abnormality
Answer dealer inquiries via phone and email, provide supporting documents
Follow up with dealers on aged o/s invoices
Daily cheque deposit management
Process dealer invoices / credits on demo vehicles
Global Netting management
Employee parts purchase management
Month end interface reconciliation
Sales trend analytic
Communication with internal and external customers
To ensure SOX compliance

What you bring:
Required:
College Diploma or University Degree in a relevant field
Experience with an ERP system (SAP preferred)
2 years work-related experience in accounts receivable
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Ability to work extended hours during Month/Quarter/Year-end

Preferred:
Previous work experience in an Accounting role
Accounting Designation or CPA enrollment is a strong asset
Bilingual (English/French)
