Our technicians have continued working during the pandemic, providing what has been considered an essential service. Position:
We currently looking for Customer Service Technicians to join our Installation & Repair division in St. John's, NL. Our Customer Service Technicians are authorized agents with Bell Aliant and work shift schedules 7 days a week to install, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair television, telephone, high-speed internet, and related services in a professional, friendly manner at residential locations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in fibre and/or copper installation and repair considered an asset
- Strong customer service skills
- Positive attitude with the ability to work well with colleagues and clients
- Self-motivated, with time management skills
- Adaptable with the ability to confidently make decisions under little supervision
- Ability to use various hand tools and small power tools
Requirements:
- Flexible to work various shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Available to work 40 hours per week, with the potential for overtime hours, if needed
- Available for frequent overnight travel throughout the province
- Valid driver’s license with a clear driver’s abstract
- Clear criminal background check
- Ability to lift 75lbs and carry, climb, and work from a ladder
