Our Client is currently seeking an experienced IT Change Management Specialist (Contract) in Winnipeg, MB starting on or around March 2, 2020 to June 30, 2020. There is a possibility of an extension at the client's discretion. The ideal candidate will have 8 years' experience providing and managing organizational change management services to projects and organizations including readiness assessments and leadership coaching. You will also have 5 years' experience delivering or managing organizational change management activities in a healthcare environment. In addition, you will also 3 years' experience leading transformational projects in an acute care setting. All candidates must be available to interview at our client's site in Winnipeg and be legally entitled to work in Canada.

8 years' experience providing and managing organizational change management services to projects and organizations including readiness assessments and leadership coaching.
5 years' experience delivering or managing organizational change management activities in a healthcare environment. Activities should include mentoring senior healthcare stakeholders, managing resistance with clinical stakeholders, and developing change management plans
3 years' experience leading transformational projects in an acute care setting. Activities should include overseeing business process transformation, policy analysis and revisions, and coaching senior leaders
1 year of experience performing analysis on patient flow and hospital performance measures in an acute care setting. Activities should include analysis of healthcare delivery activities and preparation of recommendations to senior leadership.
1 year of experience performing utilization analysis on staff delivering healthcare services on a department or organizatonal-level. Activities should include the development and implementation of strategies to optimize staffing levels to meet demand
5 years' experience assessing training needs, developing training or course curriculum, and delivering training. At least one example should detail training activities to support the implementation of a healthcare information system.
Must be available to interview at our client's site in Winnipeg.
Must be eligible to work in Canada
PROSCI Organizational Change Management (OCM) certification is a must.
PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner Certification.
ITIL Service Management certification
