We are a fashion startup in Montreal, where we rent designer dresses and jewelry.
We are an e-commerce brand, but we will allow clients to come to our showroom to try the products on. We only ship within Canada.
If you have a passion in the fashion business, have some experience in designing, selling/buying dresses, clothing and accessories and have very good computer skills, then you are welcome to join us for this new and exciting journey.
You will also help the customers to style and give advice in choosing the right items online and in the show room for their occasions/events/parties that they will go.

1. One year office work experience; Fully bilingual (English and French).
2, Know how to measure the clothes and accessories, how to describe and take care of them. Basic knowledge in fabrics, sizing, handbag care.
3, Very good Customer Service mindset and attitude. always put customers in the first place;
3, Ability to handle customer conflicts, complaints, etc. without damaging the company reputation and image.
Work you will do:
1, Write description for the dresses, clothing and accessories (need some knowledge in the fashion industry);
2, Products data entry: fill in product templates and upload to the website; Update inventory in the computer - need very good computer skills in Word and Excel and can use both Microsoft and Apple/Mac Book very well.
3, Build and keep record of customers files and can recommend the right fashion style to customers like a stylist.
4, Pack, Print shipping and return labels for customers orders and ship them.
Check all the clothes before and after shipping to make sure they are all in good condition.
5, If you can sew by hand or by machine, fix and repair clothes will be a plus;
6, if you are a make-up artist, will also be a plus.
