We are seeking a full-time manager for our franchised quick service restaurant located on the south side of Fredericton, NB. The successful applicant must be an experienced, hands on leader who models supportive and collaborative team work and who is committed to ensuring that guests receive extraordinary service and a superior food product. Requirements: 2-3 years supervisory experience in QSR or fast casual industry. Strong working knowledge of Health & Safety and Food Standards. Ability to work in a challenging, fast paced environment. Computer literacy. Excellent interpersonal, customer relation and service skills. Excellent problem solving skills and strong work ethic. Proven ability to lead and work as part of a team. Familiarity with front and back-of-house QSR operations. Responsibilities: Direct responsibility for all aspects of restaurant operations. Hire, train, schedule, supervise and motivate staff. Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and annual inventory, labour and sales reports for presentation to employer. Ensure optimal service and food quality. Manage, monitor and analyze costs.
