We are proud to represent a renowned Architecture firm who are looking to fill the following Construction Contract Administrator role:
As a Construction Contract Administrator, you will be asked to:
Be in a senior level position to manage, level and lead internal and co-ordinate external project teams in the required construction administration function.
Representing the firm during the Construction Phase of multiple projects.
Communication with clients, contractors, construction managers and authorities.
Preparing all areas of construction contract administration, and projects
Prepare and issue drawing updates to reflect site conditions, site modifications, and design changes during the construction phase
What you bring to the company:
Diploma or a Bachelors/Masters degree from an accredited Professional Architectural program, or an accredited Construction Administration Program.
Minimum 8-10 years of working experience in Architecture or the Construction industry as a Contract Administrator
Experience in construction phase management, shop drawings, samples, mock-ups and preparation of site visit reports
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Word, and Excel
Understanding of the Ontario Building Code
