As a Dealer you will conduct the play of the table game in a professional, friendly, courteous, and entertaining manner. You will deal your assigned game efficiently in accordance with policies and procedures, and Internal Control Regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Computes players’ wins or loss and bet settlements
Secures cards, chips and cash; authorizes and verifies all transactions and concentrates on table activities
Maintains appropriate game pace and proper game security
Contacts Dealer Supervisor when appropriate to resolve disputes and game irregularities
Maintain excellent Customer Service

What You’ll Require

A secondary school diploma
Experience in a related field of one (1) or more years or a combination of equivalent working experience in a highly customer service oriented role or entertainment type setting
Organizational, interpersonal, analytical and communication skills
Knowledge of all aspects of gaming policies and procedures and game protection would be an asset
Math skills (balancing, addition and calculation) and manual dexterity (shuffling, riffling)
Ability to stand and/or sit for long periods of time as applicable
Ability to lift objects weighted approximately 15 lbs
Dealer Training will be provided for candidates who are successful through the screening, interview and assessment phase
The ability to obtain registration as a Category 2 Gaming Assistant with the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario
