The Director of marketing ultimate mission is to develop a cohesive and effective branding and go to market strategy for the company. By enhancing Rudsak’s brand presence and awareness, and store and on-line experience she/he will collaborate with e-commerce, design and production, merchandising, and retail sales operations teams and spearhead a variety of marketing initiatives.
Manage marketing, advertising, seasonal campaigns, to promote/ elevate the Rudsak brand
Develop and implement marketing strategies, budgets and projects
Set forecasts, establish timelines, set expectations and track the performance of all marketing activities
Along with other marketing team members and functions, develop the marketing plan and budgets for brands and channels on an annual and seasonal basis
Obtain market research to determine market requirements for existing and future
Interpret individual brand strategies, understand brand guidelines and strategic initiatives, set and communicate expectations, scheduling and organizing resources, manage deliverables and meet deadlines
effectively, orally and in writing.
